Cessna Grand Caravan
Utilising one
of the worlds most safe, comfortable and reliable turbine utility aircraft, CorpAir Express is proud to have the Cessna Grand
Caravan as its primary carrier for the fleet.
Already in use by mining operations in the North West of WA, this Turbine aircraft is a proven concept for commercial aviation. With over 33,000 engines in the field, spanning over 220 million flight hours the Pratt & Witney PT6A is recognised as one of the most reliable aircraft power plants ever built.
Over the past 20 years the Cessna Caravan has proven itself to be one of the safest, versatile and cost effective aircraft ever built.
With the ability to fly in to undeveloped short airstrips, the rugged
"van" is utilised in some of the world's most inhospitable regions. With
over 1500 of these distributed worldwide, you will find these in such
diverse places as the deserts of Africa, the mountainous areas of South
America and the frigid lands of the arctic circle.
Seating 14 people the Grand
Caravan is perfect for regional passenger transport and is
also recommended for connecting from smaller sites to
larger regional centres. With the 3.2 cubic meter cargo
pod, ample room for passenger luggage is safely stowed for
flight. The pod allows us to multi-task into passenger
and cargo operations.
